Terms of Service for Rhino's G.P.D.B.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting or using the Rhino's G.P.D.B. Discord bot ("the Bot") in your Discord server, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Bot. You also agree to abide by Discord's Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

Rhino's G.P.D.B. is a multi-purpose Discord bot that provides features including, but not limited to, server moderation, an economy system, a ticket support system, a music player, and a user vouching system. These features are provided "as-is" and are subject to change, modification, or removal at the sole discretion of the Bot's developers.

3. User Responsibilities

• You agree not to use the Bot for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You agree not to exploit bugs, use automation (scripts, macros), or engage in any activity that could disrupt the Bot's service or harm other users.
• You are responsible for the content you generate using the Bot's commands (e.g., song requests, messages in tickets).
• Abuse of the Bot's systems, including but not limited to spamming commands or the ticket system, may result in a temporary or permanent ban from using the Bot.

4. Privacy Policy

We care about your privacy. Our collection and use of personal data in connection with your use of the Bot is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Bot at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms or Discord's Terms of Service.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE BOT IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPERS OR OWNERS OF RHINO'S G.P.D.B. BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE BOT OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE BOT.

7. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide notice of any significant changes. What constitutes a significant change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to use the Bot after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
