• Discord Identifiers: We store Discord User IDs, Server (Guild) IDs, Channel IDs, and Role IDs. These are necessary for the Bot's core functionality, such as permissions, configurations, and tracking user data.
• Server Configurations: We store settings configured by server administrators, such as welcome/goodbye channels, moderation log channels, autorole settings, and ticket system settings.
• User-Generated Content Data:
  • Economy Data: User balances, job information, and inventory data associated with your User ID.
  • Moderation Data: Records of warnings issued to users, including the moderator's User ID, the user's ID, and the reason.
  • Vouching Data: Records of vouches between users, linked to their User IDs.
  • Ticket Transcripts: Messages sent within a ticket channel may be stored temporarily for logging and moderation purposes.

We do not collect or store any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your email address, password, or real name.

3. How We Use Your Information

The collected data is used exclusively to:

• Provide and maintain the Bot's functionality.
• Enable server-specific configurations.
• Enforce moderation and security within servers.
• Respond to support requests and troubleshoot issues.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers (e.g., MongoDB Atlas). We take reasonable measures to protect the information we store from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Server configuration data is retained as long as the Bot is on the server. If the Bot is removed from a server, all associated configuration data will be deleted after a reasonable period of time.

Users can request the deletion of their personal data (such as economy balance and warnings) by contacting us through our official support server or submiting a request to the email below. Upon request, we will erase the relevant data from our database.

6. Data Sharing

We will not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your data to outside parties. Data is never shared with third parties, except as required by law.

7. User Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, or request the deletion of your personal data stored by the Bot. To make a request, please join our support server.
